Key Responsibilities




  • Accurately and efficiently operate cash register

  • Process payments made with cash, cheque, POS, credit and debit cards.

  • Process returns and exchanges.

  • Ensure all prices and quantities are accurate and provide a receipt to every customer.

  • Prepare and raise invoices.

  • Operate POS system

  • Maintain cleanand tidy checkout areas.

  • Follow the company process accurately and efficiently



Key Requirements




  • Minimum OND qualification.

  • 1 - 3 years relevant work experience in retail preferable but not essential.

  • Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment i.e. cash register, scanner, money counters.

  • Strong communication and time management skills.

  • Customer’s satisfaction oriented.

  • Attention to details

  • Sales and mathematical skills.
