We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Territory Activation Manager to lead market activations, brand visibility initiatives, and customer engagement activities across Jos.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience in beverage/FMCG activations, field sales execution, and driving product awareness.
Core Deliverables:
Execute activation campaigns to drive product awareness and sales.
Achieve monthly activation and sales targets.
Increase customer acquisition and repeat purchases.
Improve product visibility across assigned territories.
Ensure seamless planning and execution of activation schedules.
Other Job Functions:
Identify strategic locations for activations and promotions.
Manage field activation teams and promoters.
Coordinate product sampling and promotional campaigns.
Build partnerships with retail outlets, distributors, and event locations.
Monitor activation performance and prepare reports.
Ensure proper branding and product display during activations.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in activations, trade marketing, or field sales within the beverage/FMCG industry.
Strong leadership and execution skills.
Ability to manage field teams effectively.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Must be familiar with Jos territory and surrounding markets.
