Job Purpose / Objectives
- We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and results-driven professional to join our Operations / Food & Beverage Services team.
- As Dining & Event Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the effective coordination, supervision, and control of all dining and beverage service operations during Club events and functions.
The primary purpose of the role is to ensure:
- Efficient coordination between the kitchen, bar, and dining hall operations.
- Proper deployment and supervision of stewards and service staff
- Prompt, professional, and courteous service delivery to members and guests.
- A consistently pleasant, seamless, and high-quality dining experience during all Club events and functions.
- The role is operational and service-focused and is primarily concerned with:
- Dining hall service execution
- Steward management and discipline
- Guest satisfaction and service standards
- Event dining coordination
The role does not include responsibility for:
- Event sales
- Reservations or bookings
- Marketing or business development activities

Authority and Accountability
The Dining & Event Service Coordinator shall:
- Exercise operational supervision over stewards and assigned service personnel during events.
- Issue operational instructions relating to dining service execution and guest handling during functions.
Be accountable for:
- Dining service coordination, Steward effectiveness, Dining hall operational efficiency, guests’ dining experience during events.
The role shall not:
- Approve financial expenditures without authorization
- Recruit or dismiss staff independently
- Override Management policies or operational directives.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree / HND qualification with 5 - 10 years work experience.
