Role Brief
- Support the effective management of plantation operations by coordinating field activities, supervising workforce, and ensuring optimal productivity across assigned divisions. The Assistant Division Officer plays a key role in executing agronomic practices and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing daily plantation activities (planting, harvesting, pruning, and maintenance).
- Supervise field workers and ensure productivity targets are met.
- Monitor crop health, yield performance, and field conditions.
- Ensure proper application of fertilizers, pesticides, and agronomic practices.
- Maintain accurate records of field activities, labor, and input usage.
- Support implementation of health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate logistics for harvesting and evacuation of fresh fruit bunches (FFB).
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for field operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

- Yield per Hectare Achievement > 85% annually
- Harvesting Efficiency > 90% monthly
- Labor Productivity Rate > 85%
- Field Losses < 5% per harvest cycle

Requirements/Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
- BSc or HND in Agriculture, Agronomy, Forestry, or related field
- Minimum of 1–3 years relevant experience in plantation or farm management, preferably in oil palm operations.
- Professional Certifications
- Relevant agricultural or plantation management certifications (added advantage)
- Experience Requirement
