Job Summary



The Front Desk Officer is responsible for managing the reception area, welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.



Key Responsibilities




  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.

  • Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.

  • Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes when required.

  • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information to customers and staff.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and document management.

  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth communication.

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

  • Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and other office documents.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.



Required Qualifications




  • OND in any relevant field.

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
