Job Summary:



As a Front Desk Officer / Customer Experience Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. You will help maintain a professional, friendly reception area while providing excellent customer support and administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Receive and welcome customers, visitors, and stakeholders professionally. 

  • Manage incoming calls, messages, and customer inquiries across all channels. 

  • Provide accurate information on products, pricing, delivery processes, and company policies. 

  • Handle customer complaints, feedback, and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where necessary. 

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area. 

  • Track customer interactions and maintain basic customer records. 

  • Support sales and operations teams with customer-related documentation and follow-ups. 

  • Assist with administrative and clerical duties as required. 



Requirements & Qualifications




  • Minimum of SSCE / OND / NCE / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. 

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in front desk, customer service, or customer experience roles (FMCG or service industry preferred). 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. 

  • Professional appearance and attitude. 

  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, email). 

  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
