Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Officer / Customer Experience Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. You will help maintain a professional, friendly reception area while providing excellent customer support and administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and welcome customers, visitors, and stakeholders professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, messages, and customer inquiries across all channels.
- Provide accurate information on products, pricing, delivery processes, and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints, feedback, and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area.
- Track customer interactions and maintain basic customer records.
- Support sales and operations teams with customer-related documentation and follow-ups.
- Assist with administrative and clerical duties as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of SSCE / OND / NCE / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in front desk, customer service, or customer experience roles (FMCG or service industry preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, email).
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
