Responsibilities

Financial Record Management:




  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all transactions

  • Record daily financial activities and ensure proper classification of accounts

  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records regularly



Financial Reporting:




  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

  • Generate management reports to support decision-making

  • Ensure timely submission of financial reports to stakeholders



Budgeting & Forecasting




  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts

  • Monitor budget performance and track variances

  • Provide insights on cost trends and financial performance



Payroll & Expense Management:




  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule

  • Monitor employee compensation and statutory deductions

  • Oversee expense tracking and cost control measures



Taxation & Compliance:




  • Handle tax computations, filings, and statutory remittances

  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting and regulatory standards

  • Support audit processes and provide required documentation



Financial Analysis & Advisory;




  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities

  • Provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency

  • Support management with financial planning insights



Documentation & System Management:




  • Maintain proper financial documentation and filing systems

  • Use accounting software effectively for financial processing and reporting

  • Ensure data accuracy across all financial systems. 



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years experience.
