Responsibilities
Financial Record Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all transactions
- Record daily financial activities and ensure proper classification of accounts
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records regularly
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Generate management reports to support decision-making
- Ensure timely submission of financial reports to stakeholders
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Monitor budget performance and track variances
- Provide insights on cost trends and financial performance
Payroll & Expense Management:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule
- Monitor employee compensation and statutory deductions
- Oversee expense tracking and cost control measures
Taxation & Compliance:
- Handle tax computations, filings, and statutory remittances
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting and regulatory standards
- Support audit processes and provide required documentation
Financial Analysis & Advisory;
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities
- Provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency
- Support management with financial planning insights
Documentation & System Management:
- Maintain proper financial documentation and filing systems
- Use accounting software effectively for financial processing and reporting
- Ensure data accuracy across all financial systems.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years experience.
