Job Summary




  • We are seeking a driven and sales-oriented Business Development Officer to support the growth of our HR Outsourcing business.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and promoting our HR services to new and existing clients.

  • This role is heavily sales-focused and target-driven.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for HR outsourcing services.

  • Generate leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and field marketing.

  • Convert prospects into paying clients and secure outsourcing contracts.

  • Promote and cross-sell other HR products and services.

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

  • Provide weekly sales and performance reports.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields

  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in the service-providing industry is an added advantage).

  • Strong sales drive and confidence in closing deals.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
