  • Prestigious Consulting Group is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Associate to support business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s client base across healthcare, manufacturing, corporate, and advisory sectors while supporting revenue generation and strategic market expansion.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors

  • Build and manage strong client, partner, and institutional relationships

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and client pitches

  • Support lead generation, outreach, and conversion strategies

  • Maintain and track client pipelines using CRM tools

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction

  • Meet agreed business development, revenue, and partnership targets



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field

  • 4 - 7 years experience in business development, sales, client engagement, or commercial strategy

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

  • Proven ability to generate leads and convert business opportunities

  • Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills

  • Highly organized, target-driven, and commercially minded

  • Experience in consulting, healthcare, manufacturing, or professional services is an advantage
