The Inventory Officer / Cost Controller will be responsible for monitoring stock movements, maintaining inventory accuracy, controlling costs, and ensuring proper documentation of all inventory transactions within the store.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and track inventory levels daily.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation.
Record and verify all stock receipts, transfers, and issues.
Investigate and report inventory variances and discrepancies.
Prepare inventory and cost control reports.
Ensure compliance with inventory management procedures and internal controls.
Collaborate with procurement, operations, and management teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
Requirements
OND minimum in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
1–3 years’ experience in inventory management, stock control, or cost control, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel usage.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
