As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key retail and modern trade accounts, and executing sales strategies that strengthen market presence and profitability across assigned territories.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
Manage and grow relationships with key modern trade, retail, and distribution partners
Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure target achievement
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business development plans.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management within the Dairy, Beverage, FMCG, or Bottling industry
Strong experience managing Modern Trade and Retail sales channels
Proven track record of driving sales growth, market expansion, and account management success
Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
