Job Responsibilities




  • Contact prospective and existing customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

  • Promote company services to potential clients.

  • Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Follow up on enquiries and sales opportunities to maximize conversions.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

  • Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally.

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.

  • Create engaging content, including graphics and marketing copy.

  • Generate leads through social media marketing and online advertising.

  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence.

  • Monitor and respond to online enquiries and messages promptly.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using digital marketing analytics tools.

  • Identify new opportunities for online customer acquisition and engagement.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and best practices.



Requirements



Qualifications




  • HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.



Skills & Experience




  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

  • Previous experience in telesales, sales, digital marketing, or a related role.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.

  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and other content creation/editing tool.

  • Ability to generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.

  • Good organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools is an advantage.
