Role Description:




  •  This is a full-time Business Executive role based in Ibadan with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site client and team engagements with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Executive will identify and engage prospective clients, present Adron Homes’ estate offerings.

  • Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records, and providing timely updates to management.

  • The role also involves achieving sales targets, building long-term client relationships.

  • The Business Executive will represent the brand professionally, uphold company values, and provide feedback from the market to support product and strategy improvements.



Qualifications




  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.

  • Client relationship management skills, including prospecting, follow-up, and providing clear, professional customer support.

  • Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain property features, pricing, and payment plans in clear terms.

  • Basic marketing and networking skills to promote estates through in-person outreach, referrals, and digital channels where applicable.

  • Comfort using productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking software) and mobile communication applications.
