About the Role




  • We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s products and services through digital marketing, creating engaging content, managing online platforms, generating quality leads, and supporting revenue growth. This role requires someone who understands that digital marketing is not only about creating content but also about using content, campaigns, and digital strategies to attract potential customers, build relationships, and convert opportunities into sales. The successful candidate should be comfortable using AI tools, creating video content, managing digital campaigns, and working with sales teams to achieve business goals.



Key Responsibilities




  • Creating, recording, editing, and publishing engaging video content that promotes the company’s brand, products, and services.

  • Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns that increase visibility, attract potential customers, and generate sales opportunities.

  • Managing social media platforms, content calendars, and online campaigns to maintain a strong brand presence.

  • Creating marketing content that educates, engages, and moves potential customers through the buying journey.

  • Building and managing end-to-end sales funnels that attract leads, nurture customer interest, and support conversion into paying clients.

  • Working closely with the sales team to improve lead quality, follow-up processes, customer engagement, and sales results.

  • Using AI tools and digital technologies to improve content creation, marketing efficiency, customer research, and campaign performance.

  • Tracking marketing performance, analysing results, and recommending strategies that improve engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth



Requirements




  • Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media Studies, or related field (experience can also be considered)

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, or related role

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, customer engagement, and lead generation

  • Experience in creating and editing video content for digital platforms

  • Ability to use AI tools for content creation, marketing, and automation

  • Understanding of sales funnels and how digital marketing drives customer conversion and revenue

  • Strong communication, creativity, and ability to work independently

  • Sales-driven mindset with ability to convert leads into business opportunities.
