Overview




  • ‎The successful candidate will assist in recruitment coordination, employee documentation, record management, and day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

  • ‎Ultimately, you will support the smooth execution of HR processes while ensuring compliance, organization, and professionalism across HR functions.



Key Responsibilities




  • ‎Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.

  • ‎Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately.

  • ‎Assist in onboarding and employee documentation processes.

  • ‎Provide administrative support for HR operations and internal communications.

  • ‎Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee and organizational records.



‎‎Requirements




  • ‎Candidates should possess an HND / BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • ‎Previous HR internship experience or up to 1 year of experience in a Human Resources role.

  • ‎Must be resident within Lagos State, preferably within reasonable commuting distance to Ikeja.

  • ‎Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • ‎High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

  • ‎Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
