Job Summary



We seek a driven, target-oriented Business Development Manager to generate high-quality leads and drive revenue growth. This is a performance-based role focused on delivering qualified prospects that convert into site inspections and sales. Candidate must be proactive, aggressive in sourcing leads, and accountable for measurable results.



Key Responsibilities




  • Generate and convert high-quality leads through digital marketing, referrals, and field activities 

  • Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to deal closure 

  • Conduct and coordinate site inspections for prospective clients 

  • Build and maintain strong client and investor relationships 

  • Negotiate and finalize property transactions 

  • Ensure completion of all client documentation and payment processes 

  • Collaborate with internal teams on property allocation and transaction execution 

  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports 

  • Support and guide junior sales team members where required 



Requirements




  • 2–4 years’ experience in sales/marketing (real estate is an advantage)

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to close property deals and secure investors or buyers.

  • Excellent lead generation and prospecting ability, including networking, referrals, digital marketing awareness, and cold outreach.

  • Solid communication and presentation skills to pitch properties and investment opportunities convincingly.

  • Good market research and analytical skills to understand property trends, pricing, competition, and customer demand.

  • Strong relationship management skills for building and maintaining clients, agents, and developer partnerships.

  • Basic to advanced real estate knowledge, including land titles, documentation, property valuation, and transaction processes.

  • Target-driven mindset and resilience, especially in handling rejection and working under pressure.

  • Good time management and organization to handle multiple listings, clients, and site visits efficiently.

  • Digital skills such as social media marketing and online lead generation are an added advantage.



Strict KPIs




  • Daily lead generation target

  • Number of site inspections booked weekly

  • Conversion rate (lead to payment)

  • Monthly sales/closure target



Remuneration & Performance Structure




  • Renumeration monthly will be N250,000 

  • Your personal commission structure is revised as follows:

  • For transactions initiated and concluded generated by you, 

  • 10% commission on outright payment transactions

  • 7% commission on payment plan transactions

  • For transactions initiated by the company through adverts and given to you for conclusion,

  • 3% commission on outright payment transactions

  • 1.5% commission on payment plan transactions
