We are seeking a professional and vigilant Hotel Security Personnel to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, visitors, and hotel property.
The successful candidate will monitor hotel premises, respond to security incidents, enforce hotel policies, and maintain a safe and welcoming environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Patrol hotel premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism, or other security concerns.
Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and other security equipment.
Control access to hotel facilities and verify the identity of visitors when necessary.
Respond promptly to emergencies, security breaches, disturbances, accidents, and fire alarms.
Assist guests and staff with safety-related concerns and provide support during emergencies.
Prepare detailed incident and daily activity reports.
Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities to identify potential security and safety hazards.
Collaborate with management and law enforcement agencies when required.
Enforce hotel rules, regulations, and security procedures.
Ensure all emergency exits and safety equipment are accessible and functioning properly.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE/High School Certificate; additional security training is an advantage.
Previous experience in security services, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
Strong observation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Basic knowledge of emergency response procedures and safety regulations.
Physical fitness and ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.
Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
