  • Escalate high-risk cases to partner hospitals or senior physicians when necessary

Healthcare Operations Support:

  • Assist in structuring patient referral pathways across partner hospitals and labs

  • Help standardize communication between patients and healthcare providers

  • Support quality control of healthcare delivery experience across the network

Health Content & Education;

  • Review medical accuracy of health education content for campaigns such as preventive health, “War Against Sugar,” and chronic disease awareness programs

  • Contribute to creation of simplified medical explanations for public education

  • Support development of training materials for healthcare outreach teams

Partnership & Provider Engagement:

  • Support engagement with hospitals, laboratories, and clinics on clinical alignment

  • Assist in onboarding healthcare providers into the ALFORTAL network

  • Ensure clinical expectations and patient pathways are properly communicated

Data & Preventive Health Insight:

  • Assist in identifying common health trends from patient interactions (e.g., diabetes risk, hypertension risk, lifestyle disease patterns)

  • Support preventive healthcare strategy development using real-world data insights

Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure all patient-facing information is medically accurate and ethically appropriate

  • Support adherence to medical ethics and regulatory expectations in Nigeria’s healthcare system

Requirements

  • MBBS or equivalent medical degree

  • Full MDCN registration and valid practicing licence

  • 1–3 years post-NYSC experience preferred

  • Strong clinical knowledge across general medicine

  • Good communication and documentation skills

  • Comfortable working in a non-hospital, healthcare technology/business environment

  • Interest in preventive healthcare, public health, or healthcare systems improvement

  • Ability to translate medical knowledge into simple patient-friendly language
