  • We are seeking a smart, organized, and professional Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for parents, students, staff, and visitors.

  • The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle inquiries, maintain records, and support the smooth administrative functioning of the school.



Key Responsibilities




  • Welcome and attend to parents, students, visitors, and staff courteously.

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and official inquiries professionally.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.

  • Maintain visitor records and front desk documentation.

  • Provide accurate information regarding school activities, admissions, and schedules.

  • Assist with administrative and clerical duties such as filing, printing, photocopying, and data entry.

  • Schedule appointments and direct visitors to appropriate offices.

  • Support communication between departments within the school.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.



Requirements




  • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an added advantage.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Email).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
