  • We are seeking passionate, results-driven professionals to join its sales team and support business growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.

  • The Sales Supervisor will lead and manage the sales team, drive customer acquisition initiatives, develop sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of business objectives and revenue targets.



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Drive customer and merchant acquisition initiatives.

  • Build and maintain key client relationships.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.

  • Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Train, coach, and mentor Sales Specialists.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in fintech, banking, telecommunications, financial services, or related sales environments.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets.
