Job Summary




  • We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading player in the oil and lubricant industry, to fill multiple sales positions that will support business growth, market expansion, and revenue generation



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve business objectives.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Acquire new distributors and customers.

  • Manage and maintain key customer relationships.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

  • Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Train, mentor, and support Sales Specialists.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in oil, lubricant, petroleum, or industrial product sales.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
