Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and analyze project schedules (Levels 1–4) from engineering through construction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and ensure timely transmission to project stakeholders.
- Monitor progress measurement, S‑curves, critical path, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Support invoicing through accurate progress documentation and milestone tracking.
- Interface with project teams to ensure alignment across engineering, procurement, construction, cost control, and document control.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date project schedules, forecasts, and control reports.
- Provide planning input to project execution and control procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of planning / scheduling experience, preferably in EPC or oil & gas projects.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Solid knowledge of EPC project lifecycle, progress measurement, CPM, and reporting techniques.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
