We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk/Admin Officer to manage reception duties and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting room bookings
- Maintain office supplies and handle administrative tasks
- Support HR and management with documentation and filing
- Ensure reception area is tidy and welcoming
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Professional appearance and customer service orientation with visitor and colleagues
