Job Summary



We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk/Admin Officer to manage reception duties and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations.



Key Responsibilities




  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately

  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting room bookings

  • Maintain office supplies and handle administrative tasks

  • Support HR and management with documentation and filing

  • Ensure reception area is tidy and welcoming



Requirements




  • Minimum of OND/HND/bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field

  • Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • Professional appearance and customer service orientation with visitor and colleagues
