Key Responsibilities:




  • Provide legal advisory support to management on corporate and business matters.

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

  • Serve as Company Secretary and maintain accurate corporate records.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and official correspondence.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, external counsel, and other stakeholders as required.

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to executives.



Requirements:




  • LL.B degree and a strong legal background (academic and professional).

  • Proven experience in a Legal Advisor, Legal Officer, Company Secretary, or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law.

  • Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast
