Your Mission
- Responsible for the performance and unplanned stops of Sidel Lines
- Drive the customer plants maintenance needs
- Enhance customer experience with Sidel equipment
- Facilitate the understanding of Sidel technical documentation
- Answer technical issue
- 1st point of reference for customer maintenance team
- Tackle repetitiveness of technical issues by doing root cause analysis
- Monitoring the performance of Sidel equipment
- Drive and change customer mindset toward following sidel recommended maintenance Plan
Your Profile
- Level of education and languages:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Excellent level of English
- Local Language of the Customer is Plus
Required Experience And Skills
- Experience of beverage industry preferred PET Lines
- Automation Background with experience on Sidel or Krones PET Lines
- Ability to handle commercial discussions
- Knowledge of Sidel products and services is a plus
- At least 5 years’ minimum experience on the field (Site Manager, Maintenance Manager, FSE)
- TPM / WCM / Continuous improvement is a Plus
- Expert on Maintenance
- Performance management tools, CMMS knowledge is a Plus
