  • Costarchem Nigeria Limited is seeking a highly motivated and technically sound Civil Engineerto support its Sales Department on growing operations.

  • The ideal candidate will combinetechnical expertise in construction chemical productswithcommercial awareness, providing in-house support, preparing quotations, driving product knowledge, and contributing to sales performance.



Key Responsibilities




  • Be an intermediate on Project management and construction works

  • Prepare accurate and timelysales quotationsin response to customer inquiries

  • Serve asin-house technical support, addressing customer and internal queries on product usage and correct application

  • Provide guidance onselection and application of construction chemical products(e.g., admixtures, waterproofing, sealants, flooring systems, etc.)

  • Organize and coordinatetechnical webinars, training sessions, and product presentationsfor engineers and stakeholders in the built environment

  • Support the sales team intechnical engagements, site visits, and client interactions

  • Conductdata analysison sales performance, product usage, and market trends

  • Track and provideproduct updates, including new product introductions and improvements

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to driveproduct awareness and market penetration

  • Contribute to achieving assignedsales targets and business development goals



Requirements & Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Chemistry, or a related field

  • 3–5 years relevant experience.

  • Experience withconstruction chemicals, project management, building materials, or related technical sales roles is an added advantage.

  • Strong understanding of construction chemical applications and site practices

  • Experience in preparing quotations and handling customer technical inquiries

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data analysis)

  • Good presentation skills with the ability to conduct training/webinars

  • Knowledge of industry players (e.g., Sika, Fosroc, BASF, Chryso, etc.) is an advantage
