Description

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil infrastructure Respond promptly to breakdown calls and carry out corrective repairs


• Monitor and maintain HVAC, generators, UPS systems, fire suppression, and other critical utilities Conduct routine inspections and submit maintenance reports


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site


• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts and maintenance consumables Identify and escalate potential equipment failures before they cause downtime


• Support facility upgrades, installations, and minor construction works as needed.
