Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across front office, housekeeping, F&B, recreation, spa, security, and maintenance
- Set and enforce SOPs across all departments
- Handle escalated guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and drive continuous improvement
- Manage resort budgets, revenue targets, and cost control
- Track occupancy rates, ADR, and RevPAR performance
- Recruit, train, and develop department heads and staff
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage staff welfare
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive bookings and corporate packages
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee facility maintenance, renovations, and vendor relationships
- Report operational and financial performance to ownership or board.
