Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Fixed Broadband Business, driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across our broadband services.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.


• Lead and develop the broadband sales team.


• Develop and execute business plans to achieve commercial objectives.


• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.


• Monitor performance and ensure the achievement of sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in Telecommunications, ISP, or broadband services.


• Proven experience in B2C sales, business development, and team leadership.


• Strong track record of achieving revenue and customer acquisition targets.


• Experience managing sales teams and building customer relationships.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.


• Bachelor's degree; technical qualifications are an added advantage.
