Job Summary




  • We are looking for a meticulous and proactive finance officer keen on detail, with a passion for financial integrity and the ability to turn complex numbers into clear insights, to join our growing team.

  • The candidate will be required to process daily financial operations, ensuring everything from payroll to tax compliance runs like a well-oiled machine.



Key Responsibilities




  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Accounts Management: Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

  • Budgeting: Track budget expenses and provide regular reports on variances.

  • Compliance: Ensure all financial transactions comply with local regulations and internal policies.

  • Audit Support: Prepare documentation and provide support for internal and external audits.

  • Payroll: Manage payroll processing and tax withholdings.



Qualifications & Skills




  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Must have a second-class upper from a recognised university

  • Knowledge of the use of BankOne is mandatory

  • Must be working with a bank or financial institution.

  • Experience: 4years of experience in a finance or accounting role.

  • Experience and knowledge in the use of BankOne

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Excel and experience with accounting software

  • Attention to Detail: An eagle eye for spotting discrepancies.

  • Communication: Ability to explain financial data to non-finance colleagues clearly.
