Position Overview




  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the school’s administrative functions while providing support to staff, students, and parents.



Key Responsibilities




  • Provide administrative and clerical support to school management and staff

  • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally

  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and school events

  • Handle front desk duties and attend to visitors, parents, and students

  • Support admissions and student record management processes

  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and manage inventory

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of proven experience in an administrative role (preferably in an educational setting)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
