Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with the company's marketing and communication objectives.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, newsletters, and other digital channels.
- Plan, produce, and edit high-quality videos, graphics, animations, and other multimedia content.
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence across all relevant platforms.
- Develop content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and industry best practices to optimize content performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create content that supports product launches, promotions, recruitment campaigns, and corporate initiatives.
- Write compelling captions, scripts, articles, and marketing copy that align with the brand voice.
- Track, analyze, and report content performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all content.
- Support internal communication initiatives through engaging multimedia content.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging content creation tools, technologies, and industry trends.
Job Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Public Relations, English, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar applications.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Experience in photography, videography, and video editing is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret content performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
