We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and execute core human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, HR administration, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations while supporting organizational growth and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation of HR-related activities.
Support employee onboarding, orientation, and exit management processes.
Assist in implementing performance management processes and employee appraisal systems.
Handle employee relations issues and support conflict resolution where necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
Manage attendance records, leave administration, and other employee welfare activities.
Support payroll preparation by maintaining accurate employee data and attendance reports.
