Job Summary




  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and execute core human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, HR administration, and compliance.

  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations while supporting organizational growth and employee engagement.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation of HR-related activities.

  • Support employee onboarding, orientation, and exit management processes.

  • Assist in implementing performance management processes and employee appraisal systems.

  • Handle employee relations issues and support conflict resolution where necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.

  • Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.

  • Manage attendance records, leave administration, and other employee welfare activities.

  • Support payroll preparation by maintaining accurate employee data and attendance reports.

  • Prepare HR reports, maintain HR databases, and track key HR metrics.

  • Assist in policy development and implementation of HR procedures.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace culture and productivity.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years relevant experience in Human Resources or HR Administration.

  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and employee lifecycle management.

  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance practices.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Experience using HRIS systems is an added advantage.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
