Role Description




  • This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Executive role at Cedarcrest hospitals Limited,

  • The Sales Marketing Executive will develop and execute sales and marketing plans to promote the hospital’s services and specialties, drive patient acquisition, and strengthen brand visibility.

  • Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with corporate clients, HMOs, referral partners, and community stakeholders.

  • The role involves creating and implementing campaigns, organizing outreach events, preparing marketing materials, and tracking performance metrics to optimize results.

  • The Sales Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure consistent messaging, a positive patient experience, and alignment with the hospital’s strategic objectives.



Qualifications




  • Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective promotional and brand-building strategies.

  • Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends, understand customer needs, and identify growth opportunities.

  • Excellent Communication abilities to engage internal stakeholders, patients, partners, and corporate clients professionally.

  • Proven Sales experience in healthcare or related service industries, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.

  • Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including use of CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and basic analytics.

  • Ability to work on-site in Abuja, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

  • Familiarity with the Nigerian healthcare market, HMOs, and corporate health programs is highly desirable.
