Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities for payment, remittance, FX, and treasury products.

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, strategic partners, and key industry stakeholders.

  • Drive client acquisition and retention initiatives across target sectors.

  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements with clients and partners.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of solutions to clients.

  • Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and forecasts to management.

  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue and performance targets.



Requirements



Education & Experience




  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or relationship management.

  • At least 3 years of experience within fintech, payments, remittance, treasury, foreign exchange (FX), or banking.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and business growth targets.

  • Experience managing and developing strategic partnerships and corporate accounts.

  • Well-established network within the fintech, banking, and corporate sectors.


  • Existing relationships with key decision-makers across:




    • Import and export companies

    • Manufacturing firms

    • Bureau De Change (BDC) operators

    • Travel agencies

    • Educational consultants

    • Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)





Skills & Competencies




  • Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.

  • Strong understanding of payments, remittance, FX, treasury, and financial services products.

  • Ability to identify market opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Results-oriented with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
