About the Role




  • TLP Media is seeking a warm, intelligent, and customer-focused Customer Service Officerto serve as the first point of contact for clients.

  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be capable of converting inquiries into paying customers, and maintain professionalism while enforcing company policies and procedures.



Responsibilities




  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Enforce company policies while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Requirements




  • Minimum of 2–3 years experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage client expectations.

  • Experience in media, hospitality, or service industries is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus.
