Job Duties / Responsibilities




  • Identify prospective clients both Corporate/individual groups and take steps to provide their needs profitably.

  • Review Company’s product/services by carrying out marketing research of the Company’s product to determine the competitive nature of the products in the market.

  • Develop rapport with the existing clientele and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.

  • Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions/services to the potential clients.

  • Maintain detailed information about Clients in the network.

  • Gathering information from clients, assessing their insurance needs and risk profile.

  • Drafting of Contract papers for prospective Healthcare providers as deemed fit.

  • Carry out Actuarial calculations as the need may arise.



Qualifications / Requirements

A successful candidate must have:




  • A Bachelors Degree or HND in Business Admin. or other related fields.

  • At least Post NYSC experience should be 3 years minimum.

  • Work experience with an HMO will be an advantage.



Skills:

Qualified candidates must have:




  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Organizational and managerial skills.

  • Knowledge of computer operations.

  • Efficient customer relations and retention skills.

  • Ability to take initiative with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
