  • We are seeking to engage an experienced and highly organized Admin Manager to oversee and manage administrative operations, support business efficiency, and ensure effective coordination of company resources and facilities.



Responsibilities




  • Lead and manage the company's administrative operations and processes

  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and controls

  • Oversee office management, fleet administration, and company assets

  • Coordinate procurement and vendor management activities

  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure operational efficiency

  • Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics coordination

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements

  • Prepare administrative budgets and monitor cost control initiatives

  • Support cross-functional departments to ensure seamless business operations

  • Generate periodic administrative reports for Management review.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Adminsitration, or related discipline with minimum of 7 - 10 years' proven experience in Administration, with at least 5 years in a managerial role (CIPM, NIM, MBA is an added advantage)

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Strong knowledge of office systems, compliance practices, and administrative governance

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adminsitrative reporting tools

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
