Job Summary

Key Responsibilities




  • Lead monthly and year-end financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Prepare management accounts, financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

  • Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital.

  • Oversee accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger integrity.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.

  • Strengthen internal controls and drive continuous process improvements.

  • Support audits and manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

  • ACCA/ ICAN qualification is an additional advantage.

  • Minimum of 5 years' progressive finance experience, preferably in a high-growth startup, healthcare, technology, or FMCG environment.

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, treasury, and internal controls.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with ERP/accounting systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to own financial processes, solve complex problems, and influence business decisions.

  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
