Job Summary 

• Petforde Technologies, in partnership with 3MTT,is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Development Manager to lead software development projects, supervise development teams, and oversee the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of web and mobile applications.


• The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's software development team.


• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.


• Oversee frontend and backend development activities.


• Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.


• Manage software development lifecycles from concept to deployment.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.


• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.


• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.


• Manage version control, deployment processes, and cloud infrastructure.


• Prepare technical documentation and project reports.


• Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards.
