Job Summary

• As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing business operations, driving revenue growth, leading commercial initiatives, and ensuring the achievement of the organization's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall business operations and drive sustainable revenue growth across the organization


• Develop and execute business strategies to expand market share and improve profitability


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers


• Monitor operational performance and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and business outcomes


• Provide leadership and direction to teams while ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field


• Minimum of 7 years' experience in a senior management role within Hospitality, QSR, Food Service, or related sectors


• Must be a Lebanese expatriate currently residing in Nigeria with a strong understanding of the Nigerian business environment


• Proven track record of driving business growth, revenue generation, and operational excellence.
