Job Summary 




  • The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing the Company's social media presence across all platforms.

  • The role requires a highly creative individual with strong content creation, community management, and digital engagement skills, capable of driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and audience growth.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the Company's marketing and business objectives.

  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.

  • Manage the Company's online communities by responding to inquiries, comments, messages, and customer feedback in a timely manner.

  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

  • Collaborate with the design, marketing, sales, and customer relationship teams to develop compelling campaigns and content.

  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, audience growth, engagement rates, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.

  • Support product launches, promotions, events, and corporate campaigns through social media initiatives.

  • Monitor brand reputation online and escalate issues requiring management attention.

  • Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all social media platforms.



Qualifications & Experience




  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years' experience managing social media accounts for a corporate organization, agency, or brand.

  • Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

  • Good understanding of social media advertising, audience engagement, and digital marketing principles.

  • Experience with graphic design, video editing, or content creation tools is an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication, creativity, and interpersonal skills.
