Job Overview




  • The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the Company's digital marketing strategy across all online channels.

  • The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities who can drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through innovative digital campaigns and data-driven marketing initiatives.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement the Company's overall digital marketing strategy in line with business objectives.

  • Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email marketing, content marketing, and other digital channels.

  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through targeted digital initiatives.

  • Oversee the Company's social media presence and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

  • Manage website performance, user experience, SEO, and digital content strategies.

  • Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, customer behavior, and marketing metrics to optimize results.

  • Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.

  • Collaborate with sales, product, customer relationship, and other internal teams to support business growth objectives.

  • Monitor digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

  • Prepare and present periodic performance reports and recommendations to Management.

  • Manage and mentor the digital marketing team to ensure high performance and continuous development.



Qualifications & Experience




  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising.

  • Experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.

  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Experience within telecommunications, technology, fintech, or related industries is an added advantage.
