About the Role

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Supervisor to join our Projects & Technical Services team.


• The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating construction chemical application projects, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.


• The role requires hands-on experience in managing site operations involving waterproofing, industrial flooring, concrete repair, protective coatings, grouting, sealants, and other specialty construction chemical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and project execution activities.


• Ensure proper application of construction chemical products in accordance with technical specifications and approved method statements.


• Coordinate project resources including manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.


• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.


• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with company and client standards.


• Verify surface preparation, application procedures, and material consumption rates.


• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.


• Manage contractors, applicators, and site personnel to achieve project objectives.


• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.


• Conduct site measurements and support project billing and valuation activities.


• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.


• Identify project risks and recommend corrective actions where necessary.


• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or HND qualificatiom in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related discipline.


• Professional certification is an added advantage.

Experience:

• 5–7years of experience in project supervision within the construction, engineering, or construction chemicals industry.


• Practical experience in one or more of the following:

  • Industrial flooring systems.
  
  
  • Concrete repair and strengthening.
  
  
  • Protective coatings.
  
  
  • Grouting and anchoring systems.
  
  
  • Sealants and joint treatment systems.
  
  
  
  

Technical Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of construction chemical products and application procedures.


• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.


• Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control procedures.


• Project planning and coordination skills.


• Material estimation and reconciliation experience.
