Job Summary




  • We are seeking a results-driven Fixed Broadband Business Executive with proven experience in the Telecommunications or ISP industry to drive the acquisition, sales, and expansion of Fixed Broadband services (FTTH & WTTH) within the assigned territory.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring subscribers, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.



Key Responsibilities




  • Drive sales and customer acquisition for FTTH (Fiber to the Home) and WTTH (Wireless to the Home) broadband solutions.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within residential and corporate segments.

  • Conduct market mapping, prospecting, and lead generation activities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Promote broadband products and services to increase market penetration.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.

  • Collaborate with technical and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to improve market share.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years' experience in Fixed Broadband, FTTH, WTTH, ISP, or Telecommunications sales.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong knowledge of broadband technologies, fiber connectivity, and wireless internet solutions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Strong business development and customer acquisition capabilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
