Job Summary




  • We are seeking Van Sales Representative (VSR) to drive sales, product distribution, and customer engagement within assigned routes.

  • The ideal candidate will ensure product availability, maintain strong customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and support effective market execution.



Key Responsibilities




  • Achieve assigned sales and billing targets.

  • Drive active selling and identify upselling opportunities.

  • Ensure consistent product distribution across assigned territories.

  • Adhere strictly to assigned routes and schedules.

  • Deliver orders accurately and on time.

  • Collect and reconcile customer payments.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.

  • Execute promotional activities and POS material deployment.



Requirements




  • Minimum of OND qualification.

  • 2–3 years’ sales experience, preferably in FMCG or beverage sales.

  • Valid driver’s license with proven driving experience.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
