Duties and Responsibilities
Order Processing and Fulfillment:
- Pick products according to customer order specifications.
- Verify product quantity, quality, and accuracy before delivery.
- Pack products securely and professionally for dispatch.
- Ensure all orders are prepared within the required turnaround time.
Dispatch Coordination:
- Ensure dispatched orders are properly documented after delivery.
- Track dispatched orders and follow up until successful delivery.
Quality Control:
- Inspect products before dispatch to ensure quality standards are met.
- Ensure products are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Identify and escalate quality concerns to management.
Customer Order Support:
- Provide updates on order status when required.
- Assist in resolving delivery-related issues.
- Ensure customer complaints relating to fulfillment are promptly escalated.
Asset and Product Accountability:
- Account for all products assigned for fulfillment activities.
- Immediately report any shortages, losses, damages, or discrepancies.
Daily Deliverables:
- Orders picked and packed.
- Orders dispatched.
- Delivery status updates.
- Fulfillment activity reports.
- Escalation of operational issues.
