Job Summary




  • We are seeking a results-driven YouTube Channel Growth & Campaign Manager to develop and execute strategies that increase channel visibility, subscriber growth, watch time, audience engagement, and revenue.

  • The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of growing YouTube channels through data-driven decision-making, content optimization, and audience development.



Key Responsibilities

Channel Management & Subscriber Growth:




  • Channel Growth: Manage all our Youtube channels and ensure aggressive channel growth

  • Audience Maintenance: Manage and engage with existing communities to ensure high subscriber retention and brand loyalty.

  • Organic Growth Strategy: Implement SEO best practices, including keyword-optimized titles, descriptions, and tags to increase discoverability.

  • Content Scheduling: Maintain a consistent publishing rhythm across long-form content and YouTube Shorts.

  • Community Engagement: Manage comments, polls, and community tab posts to foster two-way communication with the audience.



Campaign Execution & Optimization:




  • Ad Management: Set up and manage all YouTube ad campaigns (Pre-roll, Discovery, Bumper ads) to meet specific reach and conversion targets.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics such as CTR (2.5%–8.0% benchmark) and Opening-hook effectiveness (targeting 55%+ retention at 30 seconds).

  • Budget Efficiency: Optimize bidding strategies to ensure the most efficient Cost Per Click (CPC) and View-Through Rate (VTR).

  • A/B Testing: Continuously test thumbnails, titles, and CTA variants to maximize click performance.



Requirements




  • Platform Expertise: Mastery of YouTube Studio, YouTube Analytics, and Google Ads Manager.

  • Growth Mindset: Proven track record of growing YouTube subscribers and increasing organic reach.

  • Analytical Rigor: Ability to interpret complex data into actionable creative briefs (e.g., recognizing that a low CTR requires a thumbnail/title rework).

  • Creative Intuition: A sharp eye for what makes a "punchy" thumbnail and a captivating opening hook.
