Education and Years of Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Food Science, Retail Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Fresh Food Retail, Supermarket Operations, or FMCG environment.
- Proven experience managing Produce, Butchery, Fish, Dairy, Deli, or related Fresh Food categories.
- Previous supervisory or departmental management experience required.
