Job Description
Salary: ₦12,000,000 net annually + commission
Our client is seeking a commercially driven Lead, Client Engagement & Business Development to drive new business, grow client relationships, and support revenue expansion across HR consulting, recruitment, learning, performance management, culture transformation, and workforce advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Convert prospects into paying clients
- Manage relationships with CEOs, HR Leaders, executives, and procurement teams
- Follow up on proposals and support deal closure
- Work with consultants to develop client proposals
- Grow existing accounts and drive repeat business
- Maintain weekly sales and pipeline reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales, business development, consulting sales, HR services, recruitment, training, or professional services
- Proven ability to generate and close business
- Strong relationship management, networking, proposal, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Ability to engage senior decision-makers confidently
- Understanding of HR consulting or professional services will be an advantage
